Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

A1: We are factory located in Jiangsu province with professional pre-sale and after-sale service teams, supplying OEM/ODM services. Also we have our own brand to sell in the market. Our sales office are located in Shanghai for your convenience.

Q2:Do you do private label and customized products?

A2: Yes, we do. Customers only need to meet our MOQ.

Q3: What's your minimum order quantity?

A3: Our MOQ is not the same based on different items. Small trial orders are also welcome.  

Q4: Do you offer free samples?

A4: We don’t offer free samples, customers need to pay for the samples and express fee, however we will return the sample cost from the bulk order.

Q5:Is there any test before delivery?

A5: Yes, all the products will be inspected by our QC department before shipment.

Q6:What is your lead time?

A6: We will ship within 3-5 days for our inventory products. Refer the mass production order, it normally takes 30 days for production, 3-7 days by air shipping and 30 days by sea shipping.
